Book a Consultation

A consultation is the first step in working with us. Whether you need guidance on immigration pathways, want to understand your options, have specific questions, need clarity on timelines and service fees, or are ready to map out your path to Canada, this session allows us to better understand your situation and provide informed guidance.

How it works:

Please see the steps below about what your journey with us may look like if you choose Immivara Immigration Consulting.

At Immivara Immigration, we’re here to provide knowledgeable and personalized immigration guidance. To get started, simply book a consultation through our website and select the appointment type that best suits your needs.

Once your booking is submitted, you will receive both a consultation confirmation and a consultation agreement by email. Please review the agreement carefully, sign it, and return it before your consultation. Please note that a signed consultation agreement is required in advance of the meeting.

After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the date, time, and meeting details. Consultations are available virtually via Google Meet. Please note that all consultations must be paid in advance to secure your booking.

During your consultation, we will take the time to understand your situation, review any relevant documents, and discuss the immigration matter you would like to address. Based on the information you provide, we will explain the options that may be available to you and outline the next steps.

If there is more than one possible path forward, we will discuss those options with you so you can decide how you would like to proceed. Where appropriate, we may also explain what additional services may be needed if you choose to move ahead with a particular option.

Please note that the consultation is limited to the issue identified for that appointment. If you later wish to discuss a separate matter or retain us for further services, a new consultation and/or retainer agreement will be required.

If you decide to move forward with us, the next step is to sign a Retainer Agreement for immigration services. This agreement formally confirms the services we will provide for you, the scope of work, and the terms and fees for representation.

Once you have retained our services, we will guide you through the application process based on the service package you choose. This may include document collection, document review, application preparation, submission, and post-submission support.

We will work with you throughout the process and keep you updated on key developments until a decision is made on your application.
