Document Review

At Immivara Immigration Consulting, we want our clients to feel supported at every stage of their immigration journey. If you have already completed your immigration forms but want to make sure your supporting documents are correct, our Document Review service offers a focused, cost-effective way to get professional feedback on your documents before you submit.

We review only the supporting documents, not the forms, to help you confirm they are complete, valid, and meet IRCC requirements. This service is ideal for clients who feel confident in their forms but want to avoid mistakes or omissions in their supporting evidence.

Who this service is for

This service is for:

  • People who have already completed their immigration forms and feel confident in their answers.
  • Clients who want to make sure their supporting documents are correct before submission.
  • Applicants who want to check for missing documents, expired documents, or documents that don’t meet IRCC requirements.
  • People who want a focused review without needing help with forms or full representation.

What this service includes

Our Document Review service includes:

  • Review only of the supporting documents, not the forms.
  • Checking whether the documents are complete, valid, and meet IRCC requirements.
  • Identification of missing documents, expired documents, or documents that don’t meet requirements.
  • document review report with recommendations and next steps.
  • A clear understanding that this service does not include filling out forms, completing applications, or reviewing form accuracy.

Document Review vs. Full Application Review

If you are wondering whether you need a Document Review or a Full Application Review, the main difference is the scope.

Document Review looks only at your supporting documents to check if they are complete, valid, and meet IRCC requirements. A Full Application Review (DIY Review) is broader — it includes both your completed forms and your supporting documents, so we can also identify issues in your answers, inconsistencies between the forms and documents, and other red flags in the application as a whole.

If you feel confident that your forms are accurate and only want to confirm that your documents are in order, a Document Review may be the better fit. If you want a more complete check of the full package before submission, a Full Application Review is usually the stronger option.

What examples of documents we review

We can review typical documents such as:

  • Birth certificates
  • Police certificates
  • Language test results
  • Employment letters
  • Proof of funds
  • Other supporting documents relevant to your application type.

What this service is not

This service is not a full application review. We do not review your forms, do not fill out forms for you, do not complete applications for you, and do not review form accuracy.

We also do not submit the application for you or communicate with IRCC on your behalf. This is strictly a document-only review so you can focus on making sure your evidence is strong and complete.

How the Document Review process works

You start by preparing your completed immigration forms and gathering your supporting documents. You then send us the supporting documents for review. We check whether they are complete, valid, and meet IRCC requirements, and whether anything appears to be missing or expired.

After the review, you receive a document review report with observations and recommendations. If needed, we can also discuss what to do next and where to look for replacement or additional documents. Ultimately, you remain responsible for the final application and submission.

Why this service can be helpful

Many IRCC refusals or delays stem from document issues—expired police certificates, missing translations, insufficient proof of funds, or unclear employment letters. A focused document review can help you:

  • Catch missing or expired documents before submission.
  • Confirm that your documents meet IRCC requirements.
  • Strengthen your application by making sure your evidence is clear and complete.

Confident in your forms but want to make sure your supporting documents are correct? Book a Document Review and let’s check your evidence before you submit your application.
